Problem floors easily taken care of, allow 1 day to 2.5 days to refurbish a room size between 8 and 12 square metres with Fritztile terrazzo floor tiles.

Project description of hotel floor tile make over...
- We ground the existing floor tiles flat to remove bumps and edges.
- Installed a floor levelling compound Fritztile Poz-Patch 111.
- Allowed to dry, for approx 1.5 hours.
- Installed Fritztile CNT 500 CUSTOM 300x300x3.2mm epoxy terrazzo floor tile using a fast set adhesive Fritztile 1100MP.
- Allow floor to dry.
- Allow Fritztile to set (12 hours) before cleaning with water.
- Apply FCP-102 Floor Sealer.
- Apply FCP-300 Duro-Gloss Floor Sealer & Finish polish as required.
- Maintenance using CP-500 All-Purpose Cleaner a neutral floor cleaner is like a vinyl floor with periodic damp mop and dry buff as required. The amount of maintenance will vary from the amount offoot traffic.
- Overall height an additional 4mm on top of existing tile.
