| Installation | LL300 can be installed in both Quarter Turn and Monolithic. When you install LL300 on the free access floor, each tile should be laid to stride over the joint of free access floor panels in the middle. (The joint of LL300 should not be matched to that of free access floor panels.) When you install LL300 on the free acess floor panel made of light mortar concrete without the film, TOLI Eco GA Cement should be used as the adhesive. Installation below 5 degrees centigrade should be avoided. When you install LL300 below 15 degrees centigrade, the joints of tiles should retain a very slight gap as thin as name cards. LL300 can show the same antistatic performance as our carpet tile (less than 1.0kv in accordance with JIS L 4406 at 23 degrees cetigrade, 25%RH), and therefore it can be another soloution for office & corporate projects. (If higer antistatic property is specifically required, LL FREE 400/LL FREE 500/LL FREE 800 are more recommendable.) The color shading differs on a tile-by-tile basis, which will make the floor look very natural when the tiles are instlled. |
